How Les Clés drives women’s career advancement through hybrid learning

After 15 years of professional experience in the consumer goods sector, including as a former Marketing Director within a large group, Sidonie Jadot founded Les Clés two years ago. Her experience on an executive committee highlighted the challenges women face in advancing their careers. Her objective is clear: to make the keys to success accessible to a greater number of women. To achieve this, she has developed programs tailored to companies’ specific needs and leverages the Teach Up LCMS platform to design innovative training through Adaptive Learning. Here is her testimony.

"We have just developed a web app for a seamless experience, using the Teach Up tool as an LCMS platform, enabling SSO authentication, to best support women in their professional and personal development."

Introducing Les Clés: opening doors for women in leadership

Les Clés’ mission is to support companies, primarily mid-sized businesses and large corporations, in accelerating women’s access to leadership positions. Today, only 15% of executive positions are held by women, despite gender parity in degrees for the past 25 years. Against this backdrop, Les Clés has developed fully digitalized programs to meet the critical need for career support.

The objective is twofold: to encourage women to pursue their ambitions and to raise men’s awareness of gender balance and its implications. A particular focus is placed on middle management, where the “glass ceiling” becomes most evident, leading to a drop of around 15 points between women in management positions (30%) and women in executive roles (15%). Since current leadership programs are often elitist, Les Clés specifically targets this transitional stage to foster a more equitable career progression.

Why leading companies choose Les Clés

Companies engage with Les Clés for several reasons. HR Directors, Talent Managers, Training Managers, and Diversity & Inclusion leaders approach the organization because they are acutely aware of the need to support employees, often motivated by strong personal conviction.

In addition, the Rixain Law—which requires by 2026 that 30% of executive positions be held by women—compels organizations to seek solutions for advancing women internally.

Certain industries, particularly technology, also face significant turnover among women aged 30–35, often due to limited career projection within the company. This creates a real retention challenge, which Les Clés addresses by offering training programs adapted to these specific issues.

Tailored programs that fit every company’s needs

To respond to the needs of scale-ups, mid-sized businesses, and large corporations, Les Clés offers a range of programs adapted to the specific challenges of each company.

The first solution addresses large-scale needs at very accessible prices through a packaged subscription. These programs are created and delivered using the Teach Up LCMS platform. They include digital learning modules and Masterclasses on topics such as self-assertion, dismantling stereotypes, self-marketing, and building a professional network. These modules are embedded in a webapp, which also offers access to a community of women participants and podcasts featuring inspiring female leaders.

In addition, Les Clés provides premium, customized programs, typically over four months, aimed at high-potential employees with higher budgets. These programs are tailored to the specific issues of the target population and include personalized coaching sessions.

Each program includes behavioral skills assessments at the start and end, as well as evaluations of confidence levels and willingness to take initiative.

Blended learning made seamless with Teach Up

Since the development of soft skills lies at the core of its mission, blended learning was essential for Les Clés.

During face-to-face sessions, workshops are organized to foster trust and strong connections between participants. Live training sessions also provide opportunities for exchanges with key stakeholders within the company. This helps women expand their networks and better position themselves for advancement. For instance, in one banking client, it was crucial to introduce and involve regional HR directors to give visibility to women seeking career progression. Programs were therefore designed with structured networking sessions.

In practice, Les Clés integrates applications, coaching sessions, and questionnaires within its programs. All of these are managed seamlessly through Teach Up, whether via embedded links, downloadable documents, or direct re-uploads into the modules. This approach creates a structured rhythm through module groupings and scheduled sessions.

Furthermore, blended learning allows Les Clés to offer programs across the entire French territory, and even internationally, thereby meeting a widespread corporate need.

What makes Teach Up a game changer for Les Clés

In addition to the flexibility of blended learning, several aspects of Teach Up have proven particularly compelling.

First, the simplicity of the creation studio. Modules can be easily built and inserted into a training path. The module library allows for the design of highly individualized programs that respond to company and learner needs.

Second, Teach Up’s support has been a key strength: responsiveness to needs, transparency about upcoming features, and coaching for effective adoption. Regular reviews and expert feedback on training design have further enhanced program quality.

Third, given the heterogeneous levels of soft skills, Adaptive Learning ensures that each learner follows a path suited to their level. The rhythm and difficulty of questions adjust dynamically according to the learner’s responses.

Other advantages include automated reminders, which facilitate learner notifications, and the ability to test the tool, which proved a genuine game changer.

Ultimately, Teach Up has fully addressed the scalability requirement to reach a large audience. The tool is simple, user-friendly, and highly appreciated by participants.

What results have been achieved?

Les Clés has achieved an NPS score of 9.4/10 from client program evaluations. Self-assessments conducted at the start and end of programs, based on a five-point scale measuring confidence and willingness to take initiative, show an improvement of one full point. These results are a source of pride.

Feedback on Teach Up has also been positive, with participants praising the variety of learning games and the multiple ways questions are presented throughout modules, which help them succeed. They noted that this approach facilitated subject immersion and progressive knowledge retention. The modern design and ease of use were also highlighted, resulting in a highly engaging learner experience.

What comes next?

Future projects reflect Les Clés’ ongoing commitment to inclusive and innovative learning solutions.

A newly developed webapp now offers a seamless experience, with Teach Up as the LCMS platform and single sign-on authentication, ensuring optimal support for women’s professional and personal development. The app provides access to a community of participants, enabling them to exchange ideas, expand networks, and share experiences. This interactivity strengthens both collaboration and the value of programs.

In parallel, Les Clés is developing a content library to share additional resources, including podcasts featuring inspiring women who reveal insights into their career journeys.
